Roots & Wings is a non-profit organization based in Israel that is dedicated to empowering Jewish women around the world. Our mission is strengthen the linkage between Jewish women in communities outside Israel and their heritage. Our Mission
Roots & Wings is dedicated to guiding Jewish women aged 20-25 living outside of Israel as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Our mission is to create a bridge that connects these women to their Jewish heritage and the land of Israel, while offering them the tools and guidance to explore various career paths. Through immersive experiences, educational programs, and community building, we empower them to find their own wings, ready to take flight towards a fulfilling and impactful future.
